Did you use pastels to draw this? The contrast between their expressions brightens mine. Very Kawaii.

You should submit this as Half-Life 3 graffiti. Looks a lot like a Combine creation and the colors fit the the tone of living in city 17.

Old school cool. A lot of empty space with a colorful character is disappointing but the bow tie sparkles.

Checked your facebook link as well. Your art is really cool and reminiscent of album covers like Every Time I Die's New Junk Aesthetic and Parkway Drive's Deep Blue. The colors really showcase the scenes hidden details. Cool work.

Cool pixels. Not a lot of the space is utilized in the frame though and cross rooms are pointless unless you have another scene in it. Would give it a higher score if it was a the single room with more detail on the sides. Pixels lines look good.
